Atta beetroot Momo's

Ingredients to make Atta beetroot Momo's

  • wheat flour
  • salt
  • oil
  • Grated beetroot 2 tsp
  • Grated carrot : 2 tsp
  • Grated cabbage
  • ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp
  • vinegar 1 tsp
  • Green chilli sauce : 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce
  • pepper powder 1/2 tsp

How to make Atta beetroot Momo's

  1. In a pan add water, grated beetroot, carrot and cook for 3 min and filter the water
  2. In a bowl add wheat flour, salt and mix well
  3. Add beetroot water little by little and knead the dough
  4. Add little oil and cover it.
  5. Rest it for 30 min
  6. For stuffing heat oil in a pan add cabbage, ginger garlic paste and saute it
  7. Add salt, pepper powder and keep saute for 2 min
  8. Add green chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegar and saute it
  9. Now the stuffing is ready
  10. Take small ball from the dough and roll it and put the stuffing
  11. Prepare the Momo's
  12. Place it in a steamer and steam it for 10 - 12 min
