About Dahi puri Recipe

Dahi puri is a famous , tasty little sweet , spicy and tangy dahi puri is everyone's favourite

Ingredients to make Dahi puri

  • 6 ready puris of panipuri
  • 2 tbsp tamarind chutney
  • 2 tbsp corriender chutney
  • 4 tbsp sweetend curd
  • 2 tbsp mashed potato masala ( made with spices according to your taste )
  • 2 tbsp naylon sev
  • 1/4 tsp red chilly powder
  • 1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp chaat masala
  • salt to taste
  • Fresh corriender leaves

How to make Dahi puri

  1. Make a whole in the center of puris and fill with poato masala
  2. Add some cirrinder chutney in every puri
  3. Add tamarind pulp and half of sweetend curd in each puri
  4. Sprinkle with red chilly powder, cumin powder , salt and chaat masala
  5. Then again pour rest of curd , nylon sev and garinsh with corrinder leaves and serve immediately
