Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour
  2. Oil
  3. Salt
  4. Sprouted green gram - 1/2 cup
  5. Onion : 1
  6. Ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp
  7. Green chilli sauce : 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add wheat flour, salt and mix well
  2. Add water little by little and knead it
  3. Add little oil and cover it. Rest it for 30 min
  4. Heat oil in a pan add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, salt and saute it
  5. Add sprouted green gram and saute for 2 min
  6. Add green chilli sauce and switch off the flame
  7. Take small ball from the dough and roll out Stuff the mixture and prepare the momos
  8. Place it in a steamer and steam it for 15 min
