Farsi puri

Ingredients to make Farsi puri

  • maida 3 cup
  • salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1 spoon crushed
  • 3 tsp ghee
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • oil as required

How to make Farsi puri

  1. In a bowl . Add flour, cumin seeds ,black pepper powder and salt,ghee .mix well.
  2. Makeva tight dough with water, . Rest for 15 minutes.
  3. Then make poori.
  4. Prick all the poories with the help of knife.
  5. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the poories on medium flame.

My Tip:

Serve with tea.
