About Chinese Samosa Recipe

Chinese Samosa

Ingredients to make Chinese Samosa

  • Hakka noodles pack 1
  • Soya sauce 1 tablespoon
  • red chilly sauce 1/2 tablespoon
  • salt to taste
  • tomato sauce 1/2 tablespoon
  • Finely chopped spring onion 2 tablespoon
  • ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  • Finely chopped capsicum 1 tablespoon
  • Finely chopped tomato 1 tablespoon
  • all purpose flour 2 cups
  • semolina 1/2 tablespoon
  • oil for kneading dough and frying samosas
  • tomato sauce or Schejwan sauce for serving

How to make Chinese Samosa

  1. In a mixing bowl take all purpose flour, semolina , salt to taste and 2 tablespoon of oil
  2. Mix well and knead a semi soft dough using little water . Keep it covered aside for some time .
  3. By the time, boil 4 to 5 cups of water and noodles in a pan , and boil al dante' (little raw/ kachha)
  4. Remove excess hot water ,Run cold from noodles and apply some oil on cooked noodles to avoid blackening
  5. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste and sauté all finely chopped Veggies for some time
  6. Add noodles , soya sauce , red chilly sauce , tomato sauce and salt to taste
  7. Mix well and cook for some time . Let it cool completely.
  8. Knead the dough again , take a small ball from dough . Roll out a thick puri from it
  9. With the help of knife cut it in to two equal halves
  10. Prepare a cone from one half , apply little water on edges , fill the ready noodles in it .. close all the edges and prepare samosa
  11. Like wise prepare all the Samosas
  12. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy bottom pan and deep fry all Samosas on low heat
  13. Deep fry till golden in colour
  14. Serve hot immediately with green chatni, tomato sauce or Schejwan sauce
  15. Enjoy endlessly with family and friends ..
