Ingredients to make Kingfish fry

  • 2 huge slices of kingfish
  • 2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp chopped and smashed ginger
  • 2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 lemons, freshly squeezed juice
  • Oil to deep fry
  • 2 tsp rawa/ semolina

How to make Kingfish fry

  1. Wash the fish pieces and keep aside.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together except the lemon and rawa.
  3. Now squeeze one lemon and put it in the mixture.
  4. Then dip the fish in this mixture and roll it over the rawa.
  5. Deep fry these pieces for 10 minutes till they are cooked.
  6. Serve them hot for best taste.
