It's a very juicy burger with veggies included in it.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Minced chicken 1 cup
  2. Onions chopped 1 piece
  3. Garlic chopped 1 tsp
  4. Carrots grated 1 cup
  5. Tomatoes (deseeded and chopped) 1 piece
  6. Mushrooms 1 cup
  7. Capsicum (red,green and yellow) 1 cup
  8. Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
  9. Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
  10. Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  13. Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
  14. Egg 1 piece
  15. Paprika 1 tsp
  16. Cheese slices 5 pieces
  17. Buns 5 pieces
  18. Coleslaw 1 cup

Instructions

  1. In a pan, saute the garlic then add the onions and saute it well.
  2. Then add the tomatoes, mushrooms, carrots and salt. Saute and cook till it is tender.
  3. In a bowl add the minced chicken, capsicums, cheddar cheese, bread crumbs, garlic powder, paprika, chilli flakes, pepper powder and the sauted veggies .
  4. Whisk the egg in another bowl and add half of the egg mixture to the chicken.
  5. Shape it in patties according to the bun size you prefer and grill it on both sides. Now cut the buns and grill it on the same tawa of the chicken (to get the flavour).
  6. Also keep the lettuce, coleslaw, patties and cheese slice on the buns and enjoy it!
