About Methi corn mathri Recipe

This is a new flavour in the regular mathris, the addition of fenugreek makes it even more tastier.

Methi corn mathri

Ingredients to make Methi corn mathri

  • wheat flour 4 cup
  • salt to taste
  • fenugreek leaves 2 tsp
  • Sweet corn puriee 1 cup
  • Ajwain 1/2 spoon
  • ghee 1 cup
  • water as required
  • oil as required

How to make Methi corn mathri

  1. Take a bowl. Add all above ingredients.
  2. Flour, salt, add chopped fenugreek leaves , corn puree.,ghee, ajwain
  3. Mix well.
  4. Make a tight dough like mathri.
  5. Rest for 15 minutes
  6. Then make a mathri.
  7. I used mathri making different curve spoon.
  8. Take a pan . ADD oil . AND fry it in medium flame.

My Tip:

Serve with tea.
