This Cutlet is delicious and healthy too. Because it's totally oilfree. Pearl millet has rich composition of minerals and proteins, Pearl Millet has many health benefits. Sorghum flour helps weight loss and good for diabetics. Oats flour also many health benefits.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 tablespoons Pearl Millet Flour
  2. 1 tablespoon Sorghum flour
  3. 1 tablespoon oats flour
  4. 1 tablespoon Chana flour
  5. 1 cup chopped beans
  6. 1 chopped shimla Mirch
  7. 1 chopped Cabbage
  8. 1 cup chopped spinach Leaves
  9. 2 chopped green chillies
  10. 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  11. 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  12. 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  13. Salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. First chopped all veggies in small pieces.
  2. Take bowl put all chopped Vegetables, all flours, red chilli powder, salt, green chillies, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and mix it nicely.
  3. Then give Cutlet shape from mixture or give any shape as per your choice.
  4. Now take nonstick pan and put all cutlet and swallow fry it without oil.
  5. Your mouthwatering cutlet is ready.
