Ingredients to make broccoli-palak-oats-uttapam

  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 2 cups chickpea flour
  • 1 cup oats powder
  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander -cumin powder
  • 1 cup palak pury
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1/2 chopped cilantro
  • 4-5 green chilies
  • oil
  • coconut garnishing

How to make broccoli-palak-oats-uttapam

  1. Add chickpea flour and oats powder in a bowl. grind the broccoli and palak together, add this to the flour.
  2. now add water to make this into a thick batter . Add green Chillies , onions, cilantro, tumeric powder , coriander -cumin powder and salt
  3. give it a good mix. heat and pour a spoonful of batter and spread it. let it cook evenly on both side till it turn golden . once done take them off and serve them hot with ketchup ..
