About Pan Fried Mutton Recipe

Pan Fried Mutton

Ingredients to make Pan Fried Mutton

  • Mutton - 500 gms
  • chilly powder - 3 tsp
  • turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  • lemon - 1
  • water - 125 ml
  • oil - 3 tbsp
  • salt to taste

How to make Pan Fried Mutton

  1. Wash n clean the mutton
  2. In a pressure cooker add a tbsp of oil, add the mutton, to this add the chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder fry for a minute , add half cup (125 ml)water, a little salt n pressure cook for 6 whistles
  3. Once the pressure is released, drain the cooked mutton.
  4. In a pan add 2 tbsp oil. Add the mutton pieces one by one. Turn to the other side after a minute. Keep turning the sides till u get to see crisp golden colour on both the sides.
  5. Garnish the pan fried mutton with lemon.
