About Paneer balls Recipe

Stuffed paneer balls, a perfect starter for evening tea.

Paneer balls

Ingredients to make Paneer balls

  • paneer - 50 gm
  • potatoes - 2
  • Bread slices - 4
  • Chaat masala - 2 tsp
  • red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • tomato ketchup - 1/2 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs - 1/2 tbsp
  • coriander leaves - 1 tsp(chopped)
  • salt - As required
  • oil - 2 tbsp

How to make Paneer balls

  1. Boil Potatoes and peel off.
  2. When it cools mash potatoes.
  3. Add chilli powder, chaat masala and salt.
  4. Grate paneer and add chilli powder, chaat masala, salt, tomato ketchup, chopped coriander leaves and bread crumbs.
  5. Mix all well.
  6. Wet bread pieces with your hand and mash it.
  7. Add potato mixture in it.
  8. Make lemon size balls from mixture.
  9. Fill paneer mixture in every balls and close it.
  10. Again roll and fry all balls in oil till crisp and golden brown in colour.
  11. Yummy paneer Stuffed balls are ready...
  12. Enjoy with tomato ketchup.
