Paneer Pyaaza with Capsicum

Ingredients to make Paneer Pyaaza with Capsicum

  • paneer - 200 gms
  • curry leaves - 1 sprig
  • green chilly - 1
  • ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • Tumeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  • coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Peppee powder - 1/4 tsp
  • butter - 1 tsp
  • oil - 2 tbsp
  • onion - 2 (sliced)
  • tomato - 1 ( chopped)
  • capsicum - 1/4 ( diced)
  • Chings fried rice powder - 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce - 1 tsp

How to make Paneer Pyaaza with Capsicum

  1. Marinate Paneer with curry leaves, a little salt, ginger garlic paste, chilly powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, pepper powder and turmeric powder for 15 mins
  2. In a pan, add butter, add the marinated Paneer and toss fry the paneer for a min or till the sides of the paneer are shallow fried till golden colour.
  3. In a kadai, a kadai, add oil, add green chilly, sliced onions and 1diced capsicum. Fry till the capsicum is semi cooked.
  4. Add tomato and chings schezwan fried rice powder and saute well.
  5. Add soya sauce and salt to taste. Stir well. Garnish with lemon juice.
