Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 loaf french bread
  2. 1 cup grated cheese
  3. 1 cup boiled potatoes
  4. 1 tsp date khajur chutney
  5. 2 tsp dhabeli masala
  6. 1/2 cup garlic chutney
  7. 1 tsp corainder leaves
  8. 1 tsp lemon juice
  9. 1/2 cup butter
  10. 4-5 grated cheese or grated mozeralla cheese
  11. 1 tsp oil
  12. Salt to taste
  13. 1/2 tsp chilly powder
  14. For garnishing
  15. Chopped onion
  16. Masala peanuts
  17. Fresh pomogranate seeds
  18. Nylon sev

Instructions

  1. Cut french loaf into slices and toast it well till crispy and keep it aside
  2. For the dhabeli filling:Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, add onion and saute it for 2-3 minutes till transculent, now add dhabeli masala, salt, chilly powder and slide in roughly mashed boiled potatoes, mix well.Add little water as the mixture will be too dry, adjust seasoning.
  3. Now add garlic chilly chutney and imili khajur ki chutney and mix.Add lemon juice and corainder leaves and transfer it in a bowl.
  4. Now apply butter to the toasted bread slices and apply red garlic chilly chutney on the base.Now spread generous helping of prepared dhabeli filling, sprinkle some cheese on top and place it in an oven for 5 mins for cheese to melt.
  5. Finally garnish it with chopped onion, fresh pomogranate pearls, masala peanuts and enjoy.
