About Cheese corn balls Recipe

I have one mouthwatering dish for all of you, a yummy snack for the evening times.

Cheese corn balls

Ingredients to make Cheese corn balls

  • Cheese
  • Bread crumbs
  • maida paste
  • Sweet corn (boiled)
  • Black pepper powder
  • red chilli flakes
  • oil
  • potatoes 2-3
  • capsicum
  • oregano
  • coriander
  • Mashed sweet corn
  • ginger-Garlic paste
  • salt

How to make Cheese corn balls

  1. First boil potatoes and mash them.
  2. In a bowl take mashed potatoes then add cheese, sweet corn, Mashed sweet corn, ginger-garlic paste, oregano, salt, black pepper powder, coriander, capsicum, red chilli flakes and mix them well.
  3. Then make balls of it and grease it in maida paste (maida and water) and again grease it in bread crumbs.
  4. Now heat oil in kadhai and deep fry those balls.
  5. Serve this cheese corn balls with tomato ketchup.

My Tip:

Boil sweet corn and then mash them (mashed sweet corn).
