Ingredients to make Bengal gram snacks

  • Black bengal gram 1 cup
  • red chilly 4 number
  • mustard seed 1 teaspoon
  • Urud dal 1 teaspoon
  • coconut grated 1/4 cup
  • salt

How to make Bengal gram snacks

  1. Soak Bengal gram for 4 hours
  2. Pressure cook till soft
  3. In a pan heat oil and crack mustard seed and urud Dal
  4. Add cooked gram
  5. Add salt
  6. Add grated coconut
  7. Serve hot
  8. If needed add chopped raw mango
