How To Make Cherry Dip

Ingredients to make Cherry Dip

  • 18 red cherries
  • 3/4 cup Yogurt/Dahi
  • 1 tsp Sugar /Chini
  • 1 tsp Sugar /Chini
  • 1/4 tsp Red Chilli powder / Laal mirch powder
  • 1/4 tsp Roasted cumin powder/Bhuna jeera
  • Salt to taste

Steps to make Cherry Dip

  1. Wash and pit the cherries, then remove the stems.
  2. Blend the cherries with 2 tsp of water to make a puree.
  3. Then blend in curd with all the spices and sugar.
  4. Mix the puree and yogurt together.
  5. Serve chilled. It stays fresh for 3 days if kept in the refrigerator. Goes well with chips, bread, or rice.
