About Papri aloo Recipe

A delicious chaat made with papris and potatoes, a perfect snack for all times.

Papri aloo

Ingredients to make Papri aloo

  • 5-6 boiled potatoes
  • 1 spoon corriander seeds
  • 1/4 spoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 spoon garam masala
  • 1/4 spoon amchoor powder
  • 1 spoon ghee
  • salt to taste
  • For papri
  • 1 cup maida
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • Water to knead maida
  • oil to fry

How to make Papri aloo

  1. Heat ghee in a pan
  2. Roast corriander seeds red chilli powder and garam masala
  3. Add crushed potato salt and amchoor powder
  4. Garnish with green potato leaves
  5. For papri knead all ingredients
  6. Make small balls out of kneaded maided
  7. Make small thin rotis
  8. Put some cuts on it with the help of fork or knife
  9. Now deep fry them
  10. Serve with hot potatoes

My Tip:

You can eat with readymade papris also Papris can stored as well
