About Veg lollipop Recipe

These nutrition rich lollipops are super crispy from outside and soft from inside.Perfect starter or snack for your parties.

Veg lollipop

Ingredients to make Veg lollipop

  • Boiled potatoes 4
  • capsicum 1(finely chopped)
  • carrots 2(grated)
  • spring onions 1/4 cup
  • Green peas 2 tbsp(boiled)
  • garlic 6
  • Green chilli 1
  • ginger 1 inch
  • Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Amchoor 1/2 tsp
  • Bread crumbs 1/4 cup+1/4 cup(for coating)
  • maida 2 tbsp
  • oil for frying

How to make Veg lollipop

  1. First chop all vegetables.
  2. Grate potatoes and mix all vegetables in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add all spices and bread crumbs in this .
  4. Mix well to form a dough.Make small balls from this.
  5. Make a batter with maida and water.Put the balls in maida batter.
  6. Coat properly and put in the plate of bread crumbs.
  7. Coat all the balls similarly.
  8. Now fry 2 to 3 lollipops at a time in medium hot oil.
  9. Fry till golden brown and remove on plate lined with tissue paper.
  10. Now insert toothpicks in all veg lollipops and serve with tomato ketchup and green chutney.

My Tip:

For bread crumbs grind bread in mixer.
