Stuffed masala peas in maida potlis, a perfect snack for all times.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup maida
  2. 2 spoon semolina
  3. 1/2 cup oil
  4. A pinch of salt
  5. A pinch soda
  6. For stuffing
  7. 1 cup boiled peas
  8. 1 spoon dhaniya powder
  9. 1 spoon saunf powder
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 1/2 spoon red chilli powder
  12. 1/2 spoon garam masala
  13. 1/4 spoon amchoor powder

Instructions

  1. Take maida,oil,soda,semolina and water, knead it properly
  2. Keep it aside
  3. Mix all ingredients of stuffing in a pan and them lightly
  4. Keep it to cool
  5. Make small balls out of dough and roll it
  6. Fill a little stuffing in it,
  7. Give it a potli shape
  8. Now deep fry them
  9. Serve hot with chutney
