Fishy Chili

Ingredients to make Fishy Chili

  • Fish fillets 250 gms
  • Thickly chopped onions 2
  • Crushed garlic 1 tblspn
  • garlic paste 1 tspn
  • Chopped capsicum 2 small
  • Slit green chillies 2 pcs
  • Soya sauce 2 1/2 tblspn
  • vinegar 1 tspn
  • sugar 2 tspn
  • salt to taste
  • maida 1 tspn
  • Aji no moto 1 tspn (optional)

How to make Fishy Chili

  1. Cut fish fillets in cubes
  2. Mix salt, 1 tblspn soya sauce, vinegar, garlic paste, 1 tspn sugar with the fish.
  3. Heat white oil and fry the fish pcs till crispy and set aside
  4. In the remaining oil, put grated garlic, sugar, chopped onions & capsicums and fry till colour changes and they turn tender. Add slit chillies.
  5. Put in the fishes and mix well. Add 2 tblspn soya sauce and toss well.
  6. Sprinkle 1 tspn maida on fish and combine till you get a dry tight gravy.
  7. Sprinkle aji no moto (optional)
  8. Serve hot
