Murg Haryali tikka

Ingredients to make Murg Haryali tikka

  • chicken 200 gms
  • capsicum 1 diced
  • coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  • mint leaves 1/2 cup
  • lemon 1/2
  • hung curd 1/2 cup
  • salt
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • butter 1 tsp
  • oil 1 tsp
  • green chilli 3-4

How to make Murg Haryali tikka

  1. make a chutney using coriander leaves,mint leaves,green chilli and lemon
  2. marinade the chicken pieces with hung curd,green paste,salt,ginger garlic paste for 1 hr
  3. finally add capsicum and oil and mix well
  4. grill it for 15-20 mins
  5. apply butter in between
  6. serve hot
