Healthily yum tasty kabuli chana kababs with nutty crunch of sesame seeds/til

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled Kabuli chana 1 cup
  2. Sesame seeds /Til 1 tablespoon
  3. Boiled Potato 1 or 2
  4. Bread slice 1
  5. Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Turmeric powder 2 pinches
  8. Red chilly powder as per taste
  9. Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  11. Oil for shallow frying

Instructions

  1. Take the ingredients in a plate or mixing bowl
  2. Mash and mix all above mentioned ingredients properly and take Sesame seeds also
  3. Prepare kababs of your desired shape and coat properly in Sesame seeds
  4. Like wise prepare all the Kababs and coat in Sesame seeds
  5. Heat some oil on non stick pan and shallow fry all Kababs from all sides till golden brown
  6. Serve hot immediately with green chatni or Tomato sauce
  7. Enjoy endlessly with family and friends
