About Khichdi balls Recipe

I made this snack with leftover khichdi , best use of leftover khichdi, these crispy balls are healthy too as i made it in appam pan to avoid make it oily

Khichdi balls

Ingredients to make Khichdi balls

  • 1 cup leftover khichdi
  • 2 tbsp gram flour
  • 1 boiled potato
  • 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
  • Pinch of turmeric powder
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp chhoped onion
  • oil

How to make Khichdi balls

  1. Mix all thr ingredients in a bowl , except oil
  2. Make small balls out of it
  3. Grease the appan pan and fry these balls by turning from all the sides
  4. Serve hot

My Tip:

Fry on medium heat , otherwise it will remain uncooked from inside
