About Gravy Mushroom Pasta Recipe

A spicy treat, a delicious paste with mushrooms , for breakfast.

Gravy Mushroom Pasta

Ingredients to make Gravy Mushroom Pasta

  • Pasta 100 gms
  • Button mushrooms 1 cup slit in half
  • Chopped onion 1 big
  • Chopped capsicum 1 medium
  • Chopped garlic 1 tblspn
  • Chopped tomato 1 medium
  • tomato sauce 3 tspn
  • vinegar 2 tspn
  • Slit chillies 2
  • pepper 1 tspn
  • sugar 2 tspn
  • salt as per taste
  • Origano 1 tspn
  • Aji no moto 1/2 tspn (optional)

How to make Gravy Mushroom Pasta

  1. Boil, drain and run pasta under cold water. Keep in fridge.
  2. Boil mushroom with salt and drain water.
  3. Heat white oil, add garlic and 1 tspn sugar. Toss well
  4. Add chopped onion, capsicum and fry nicely.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes and tomato sauce. Simmer and cook.
  6. Add salt, pepper, green chillies and 1 tspn sugar. Mix well.
  7. Add mushrooms and stir.
  8. Sprinkle vinigar and keep stirring.
  9. Add 1 cup water, cover and simmer.
  10. When gravy thickens, add the pasta and mix well. Add origano.
  11. Sprinkle aji no moto and cover for a few mins (optional)
  12. Serve hot
