Try this full of protein of soya and veggies momos in a healthy way with whole wheat flour

Protein and Whole Wheat Veg. Flour Momos

Ingredients to make Protein and Whole Wheat Veg. Flour Momos

  • 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
  • 1 cup soya granules soaked and dried
  • 1 medium chopped capsicum
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2tsp soy sauce
  • 1tsp vinegar
  • 1tsp red chilli sauce
  • 1tsp green chilli sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2tsp oil

How to make Protein and Whole Wheat Veg. Flour Momos

  1. Make a dough of whole wheat flour 2tsp oil salt and water. And set aside.
  2. In a wok, take 1tsp oil, add chopped capsicum and onion and ginger garlic paste.
  3. Add soaked and dried soy granules
  4. Add green chilli, red chilly sauce soy sauce
  5. Add salt and pepper as per taste
  6. Saute untill all the ingredients mix .
  7. Roll a small roti or chapati of whole wheat dough on a rolling station
  8. Fill the soy mixture.and make a shape of momo like potli or gujiya style
  9. Steam in a steamer for about 15mins and serve hot with schezwan sauce
