Ingredients to make Wheat flour jaggery puri

  • wheat flour 2 cup
  • jaggery 1/2 cup
  • water as required
  • oil as required for frying

How to make Wheat flour jaggery puri

  1. Boil some water in a saucepan and add the jaggery into , dissolve it.
  2. Once it becomes cold enough, then add the wheat flour to it.
  3. Knead a semi soft dough, let this rest for 15 minutes.
  4. Roll out small puris out of the dough and deep fry them in hot oil.
