Yummy tea time snack, made with mushrooms.

Mushroom Fritters.

Ingredients to make Mushroom Fritters.

  • 2 pack mushroom.
  • 11/2cup besan.
  • 1tsp cornflour.
  • 1tsp garlic paste.(optional)
  • salt.
  • 1/4tsp cumin seeds.
  • 1/4tsp red chilli.
  • 1/4tsp chat masala.
  • oil for frying.

How to make Mushroom Fritters.

  1. Make a thick batter of besan and cornflour.
  2. Add salt, cumin seeds, red chilli.
  3. Add garlic paste and mix it.
  4. Wash and dry the mushrooms.
  5. Put them in the batter and coat them well.
  6. Let them marinate for few minutes.
  7. Heat ample amount of oil in a wok, fry the coated mushrooms one by one.
  8. Strain them once fired and sprinkle chaat masala.
  9. Serve hot.

My Tip:

U can cut half d mushrooms.
