ABOUT Chappli Kabab ( chicken or mutton mince) RECIPE

This is an authentic recipe of kababs made with meat mince, a perfect party appetizer or snack.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1 1/2 kg chicken mince
  2. 2 onions chopped finely
  3. 4 tomatoes finely chopped
  4. 5 to 6 green chillies chopped
  5. 2 eggs
  6. 1 tbsp chilli flakes
  7. 3 tbsp coriander seeds
  8. 1 tbsp cummin seeds
  9. 1 1/2 tbsp Ginger and garlic pd
  10. 1 tbsp black pepper
  11. 3 to 4 black cardamom
  12. 1 tsp cloves
  13. Salt
  14. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Grind all the whole spices
  2. Mix them with the powder spices
  3. In the chicken mince first add all the spices
  4. Add tomatoes ,onions and green chillies
  5. Then add eggs mix well keep aside for 30 mins
  6. Heat oil
  7. Make thick flattened kababs do it with wet hands so that it does not stick to the hands
  8. Fry both the sides of the kabab till golden on medium flame
  9. Cover and cook for 5 mins till water dries
  10. Press on the kababs to release water
  11. Remove on a kitchen paper tissue
