About Sport tava idli Recipe

This is an extraordinary idli with a different and delicious taste. It is very heavy so only one is enough for snack time.

Ingredients to make Sport tava idli

  • 1 cup Suji
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 3 tsp eno
  • 1/2 cup fine chop onion
  • 1/2 cup fine chop tomato
  • 1 chop green chilli
  • coriander leaves
  • butter for cook
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • Red chilli powder for sprinkle

How to make Sport tava idli

  1. Take suji in a bowl
  2. Add curd and 1/4 cup water
  3. Add salt and mix all
  4. Leave this for 10 min.
  5. Chop all vegetables
  6. Devide suji mix in three parts
  7. Take 1 tsp eno and mix in 1 part
  8. Heat pan and grease
  9. Take 1/3 of onion and place on tava
  10. Top it with tomato
  11. Sprinkle some salt
  12. And with spoon cover tomato
  13. Add green chilli and coriander leaves
  14. Sprinkle some chaat masala and red chilli powder
  15. Let it cook
  16. Brush butter on top of idli
  17. Cook for 10 min.
  18. Serve hot with sauce
