About Bhatura Recipe

everybody loves bhature and chole, so here is a recipe of how I make bhature at home.

Bhatura

Ingredients to make Bhatura

  • Refined flour 1cup
  • semolina, soaked 1/2 cup
  • curd 1/4 cup
  • baking soda 1/4tsp
  • salt 1/4tsp
  • sugar 1/4 tsp
  • water as required
  • oil 3 cups for frying

How to make Bhatura

  1. In a bowl ,add refined flour, semolina,curd,baking soda, salt , sugar and water and make a soft dough.
  2. Add oil 1tsp and cover the dough with foil and keep aside for 3 hr.
  3. Roll the natural from the Dough.
  4. Heat oil for frying, and fry tha batura.
  5. Serve in platter and enjoy with matar gravy
