Ingredients to make Easter recipe Chocolate cake

  • 160/200gm dahi(readymade)
  • 100gram sugar (whole)
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 spoon soda
  • 4tbs melted butter
  • 1tsp.vanilla essence
  • 140gram maida

How to make Easter recipe Chocolate cake

  1. First mix sugar and curd (not with beater) with a spoon in a pan.
  2. Add soda and baking powder. Add essence and rest for 2mins.
  3. Add butter and Maida (sieve) mix properly.
  4. Pour this batter in greased and dusted tin and bake it in the oven.
  5. Preheat at 160 20 to 25 minutes. Keep an eye while baking.
  6. Take out and keep on net. Let it cool and cut after 6/7hours.
  7. Make some chocolates in moulds with chocolate slab by peeling and melting in the microwave. And decorate on cake. Readyy enjoy.
My Tip: For better taste cut cake after 6/7hrs. Let it cool properly after removing from tin. Garnish or apply whipped cream too after it cools down properly.
