About Saucy Chiken Recipe

This is a very easy and delicious recipe of chicken which is saucy and a perfect side dish for roti or rice.

Saucy Chiken

Ingredients to make Saucy Chiken

  • chicken cubes - 150 grams
  • salt-As per taste
  • pepper powder - 1/2tablespoon
  • Red chillie powder - 1tablespoon
  • corn flor - 2+1&1/2 tablespoon
  • maida - 1cup
  • water - 3/4cup + 3/4cup
  • Baking powder - 1/2tablespoon
  • tomato ketchup
  • Soya sauce - 1tablespoon
  • Vinger - 1tablespoon
  • Red chillie sauce - 1tablespoon
  • oil - for deep frying
  • curry leaves - few
  • cilantro - For garnishing
  • onion - 1chopped
  • Green chillie - 1
  • ginger /garlic paste -2+1tablespoon

How to make Saucy Chiken

  1. In a bowl add maida,baking powder,salt,pepper powder,cornflour,chilly powder,g/g paste,water and 3/4cup water mix it well.
  2. Than add chicken to it.
  3. Mix it well deep fry the chicken
  4. In a pan add 2spoons oil add curry leaves and onion saute it well add green chillie.
  5. Than add all the sauces mix it well for 2mins.
  6. In a cup take 3/4 cup water to it add 2 tablespoon cornflour mix it well.
  7. Put the water in the sauces take a boil.
  8. Add the fried chicken to it cook it for 3-4 mins , add cilantro.
