Veg Spring Roll

Ingredients to make Veg Spring Roll

  • 1 bowl all purpose flour(Maida)
  • 2 fine chopped onion
  • 9 - 10 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon gratted ginger
  • 4 chopped green chilli
  • 1 bowl shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup grated carrot
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 1 cup fine chopped capsicum
  • 1/2 teaspoon soya sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 Teaspoon chilli Powder
  • salt as per taste
  • oil for deep fry + 1 tablespoon

How to make Veg Spring Roll

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in kadhai
  2. Add ginger , garlic and green chilli
  3. Add onion
  4. add cabbage, capsicum,carrot and peas
  5. cover and cook it for 5 minutes
  6. switch off the gas.add tomato sauce, soya sauce , vinegar and salt
  7. mix well and keep it aside
  8. Method for making wrappers
  9. take all purpose flour in the bowl
  10. add 1 glass water
  11. mix it well .it should not have any lumps
  12. the consistency of batter should be like dosa batter
  13. heat non stick tava on medium flame
  14. sprinkle some oil on the tava
  15. pour 1 tablespoon batter on tava
  16. spread it just like dosa
  17. make all the wrappers
  18. now add veggies on the wrappers
  19. roll it
  20. heat oil in the kadhai
  21. deep fry all the roll
  22. cut into small pieces
  23. Veg spring roll is ready. you can sprinkle some chat masala on the roll

My Tip:

you can add noodles also and any other vegetables of your choice
