About Chilli momos Recipe

This is my version of momos with tiny hint of chillies, a perfect snack for all occasions.

Chilli momos

Ingredients to make Chilli momos

  • 10-12 veg momos
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • salt
  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • 1tsp red chilli sauce
  • 1tsp green chilli sauce
  • A pinch of chilli flakes
  • 2tsp chopped spring onions
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 4-tomatoes chopped
  • coriander for serving
  • 1tsp corn flour and water slurry
  • pepper powder - 1/2 tsp

How to make Chilli momos

  1. In a wok heat oil,add onions garlic ginger, capsicum and saute on high flame
  2. Add chilli sauce soy sauce tomatoes and salt and pepper as per taste
  3. Now add water and stir well
  4. Add boiled momos and corn flour slurry
  5. After 2 mins check the consistency
  6. Add water as much as you want curry or dry
  7. Serve with spring onions

My Tip:

I made veg soy whole wheat flour momos.
