A good way to use leftovers and make a tasty snack

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Leftover Rajma masala - 1 cup
  2. Bread Slices - 10
  3. Suji - 1 small cup
  4. Onion chopped- 1
  5. Capsicum - 1/2 chopped small
  6. Coriander leaves - 2 tbspn
  7. Turmeric powder- half tspn
  8. Jeera powder- 1/4 tspn
  9. Red chilly pwdr - 1 tspn (adjust to taste)
  10. Garam masala - half tspn
  11. Green chilly - 1 finely chopped
  12. Oil for shallow frying

Instructions

  1. Take the bread slices in a big bowl crush with hands
  2. Put the leftover rajma masala and the other ingredients and mix well
  3. If the mix is still wet add 2 more bread slices crushed in it
  4. Then shape them into small balls and gently press with palm and make into round flat tikki shape... Refrigerate for a few minutes....If required.
  5. Roll them on suji from all sides
  6. Heat a pan ....put oil in it and when hot put the cutlets in it shallow fry them till crisp and brown.....
  7. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney
