Malka chakhna

Ingredients to make Malka chakhna

  • 1/2kg malka masoor lentil
  • Salt and chat masala as per taste
  • oil for frying

How to make Malka chakhna

  1. Soaked malka lentin for abour 8 hours or overnight
  2. Drain the lentils and dry with a cotton cloth
  3. Heat oil on high
  4. Put dried lentils and fry until they get crispy
  5. Soak excess oil in tissue paper and add salt and chat masala
  6. Serve

My Tip:

Lentils should be dried up properly
