Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Vermicilli 200 gram
  2. Green peas 2 tablespoons
  3. Carrot 1 piece
  4. Cauliflower 1/2 bowl
  5. Onion 1 piece
  6. Carom seeds 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Salt 1 teaspoon
  8. Red pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Ghee or oil 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Dry roast the Vermicilli till golden
  2. Chopped carrot and Cauliflower
  3. Boil carrot , peas and Cauliflower
  4. In a pan put ghee or oil
  5. Add carom seeds
  6. Add chopped onion
  7. Fry it
  8. Add roasted Vermicilli in the onion
  9. Add 2 glasses of water in it
  10. Add salt and pepper powder
  11. Cover with a lid and let it cook on slow flame till soft
  12. When 90 percent done add boiled vegetables into it
  13. Mix well
  14. Serve hot
