Ingredients to make Rawa idli

  • 1 cup rawa
  • 1.5 cup buttermilk
  • water 1/2 cup or as needed
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt to taste

How to make Rawa idli

  1. In a mixing bowl add rawa , buttermilk and salt and keeo aside for 15 minutes
  2. Now after 15 minutes boil water ,and then add soda and oil in ready batter and pour the hot boiling water on soda and mix well
  3. The batter will be fluffy , pour the batter quickly in a greased plate and steam for 5-7 minutes in a steamer
  4. Serve with cocobut chutney or sambhar

My Tip:

Take water according to quality of you rawa
