About Chicken Balls (Khima) Recipe

This is a recipe of a delicious snack made with chicken , this can also be served as perfect dinner party appetizers.

Chicken Balls (Khima)

Ingredients to make Chicken Balls (Khima)

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg.
  • onion 1 tbs.
  • Green chilli cut 1-2 nos
  • coriander 1/4 cup
  • turmeric 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Chat masalo 1 tsp
  • salt in taste
  • oil 1 tbs

How to make Chicken Balls (Khima)

  1. Take a Mixture Jar and add boneless chicken make a khima
  2. Take a bowl. Add chicken khima then add onions and all spices.
  3. Also add lime juice and mix peoperly
  4. Now take small portion and make small ball.
  5. Now take a pan and spread the oil.
  6. When hit the oil add all chicken balls.
  7. Cover with lid and cooked slow flame about 10 minuets
  8. Cooked both side properly
  9. Serve hot with green chutney

My Tip:

You will add meant leaves optional
