About Instant Rawa dhokla Recipe

This recipe is healthy, tasty as well as quick to make.Just mix the indgridients and steam ,temper .Enjoy hort treat within 20 mimutes.

Instant Rawa dhokla

Ingredients to make Instant Rawa dhokla

  • 1 cup fine sooji(rawa)
  • 3/4 cup beaten curd
  • ginger and chilli paste 1 tsp
  • water 1/2 cup
  • salt to taste.
  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • red chilli pwd 1 tsp
  • eno fruit salt 1 sachet or 1 tsp
  • oil 2 tbsp
  • Rai 1 tbsp
  • green chillies thick less spicy 4 to 5
  • curry leaves few
  • coriander leaves to garnish

How to make Instant Rawa dhokla

  1. Mix all sooji,curd ,water,turmeric powder, salt ,ginger and chilli paste together to form a batter.
  2. Now heat the steamer.
  3. Add eno fruit salt .(batter will become porous consistency )
  4. Immediately add the batter to the plate in steamer.
  5. sprinkle some red chilli over the top.
  6. Steam for 10 min and switch off gas.
  7. Let is rest for 5 min and then make marks for making pieces.
  8. Now for tempring heat oil,add rai.
  9. When Rai splutter add green chillies chopped, curry leaves.
  10. Now pour this tempering over dhokla.
  11. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  12. Serve hot.

My Tip:

If u have freshly grated coconut it enhances its tastes more.
