- Rice – ¼ cup

How to make Green Moong Cutlets
My Tip:You can replace Rice flour by Corn flour also. Instead of shallow fry, you can deep-fry the Cutlets. Instead of Bread Crumbs, you can directly use fresh Bread slices also while blending the Moong paste.
