ABOUT Biscuit Cake Sandwiches... RECIPE

An easy to do yummy recipe with biscuits preferably Parle-G but can use any milk biscuits of your choice. Easy to whip up with sandwich toaster. It can be made effortlessly too. What's more !!!! You can make these as many times as your child demands without much efforts. Serve these as dessert cum snacks to impress everyone in your family as well as your friends and well wishers. Ingredients Serving: 6

Biscuits Parle-G 3 packs
Sugar 2 tbsp
Egg 1
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Milk 3/4th cup
OR
Buttermilk 3/4th cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Jam to decorate (any flavour)
Melted butter 1 tbsp

Instructions

Powder the biscuits to a fine powder.
Make a semi thick batter using all the ingredients mentioned.
Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
Plug in the toaster now.
Add a tablespoon full of the batter in each depression of the toaster and allow it to cook.
Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side and then flip over if necessary.
At a time 4 biscuit cake sandwiches are ready.
Hence it is quick and easy too.
Serve them warm with a drop of jam in the centre.
