About Green Moong Dosa Recipe

This is a very nutritious and delicious recipe of dosa made with green moong dal.

Green Moong Dosa

Ingredients to make Green Moong Dosa

  • Green moong - 1cup
  • water - As required
  • salt- As required
  • ginger/garlic - 1tablespoon
  • butter - 3tablespoon
  • Grren chillie - 1

How to make Green Moong Dosa

  1. Soak the moong for 2-3hours in hot water.
  2. Than grind it by adding g/g and green chillie.
  3. Add little water while grinding.
  4. Than keep it aside for 1-2hour.
  5. Add salt into it.
  6. Heat a pan than pour some batter over it cook it untill its done.
  7. Put some butter.
  8. Serve it with chutney.
