Ingredients to make Balekayi chips(Raw banana chips)

  • Raw banana 2
  • oil for deep fry
  • red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • salt
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

How to make Balekayi chips(Raw banana chips)

  1. Peel the skin of Raw banana and make thin slices.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai.Deep fry slices of banana till pale brown.
  3. Keep in tissue and let it become cool for sometime.
  4. In a bowl add deep fried slices.Put turmeric powder,Salt and chilli powder according to taste.
  5. Crispy,yummy banana chips is ready to eat.

My Tip:

Make thin slices of banana to make chips crispy.
