This ‎is a perfect tea time snack you can enjoy ‎ Besani can be stored upto 15 days

Besani

Ingredients to make Besani

  • gram flour 2 cup
  • wheat flour 1/2 cup
  • 2 green chilli
  • 3-4 garlic colves
  • 2-3 clove
  • I small ginger piece
  • Chopped coriander 1 tsp
  • 1/2 crushed fennel seed
  • 1/2 sesami seed (optinal)
  • ‎1 tsp red chilli powder
  • salt to tast
  • oil

How to make Besani

  1. ‎crush green chilli,cloves ginger and,garlic colve and keep aside
  2. in a bowl put gram flour ,wheat flour and crushed( chilli, garlic, cloves ginger )mixture, salt chilli powder, chopped coriander ,fennel seeds and salt mix well
  3. now add 1 tbsp oil and mix well add some water and make a dough
  4. aply oil and make small balls and roll it like small puri shep
  5. in a pan heat oil and fry it at meduim flame till light brown and crispy
  6. now besani is ready
  7. Serve with tea or chatni
