About Poha Cutlet Recipe

A very easy and healthy recipe for teatime snacks,tiffin or breakfast

Poha Cutlet

Ingredients to make Poha Cutlet

  • 1 bowl poha( flatten rice)
  • 4 boil and mashed potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon jeera
  • 1 teaspoon dry mango powder(amchur)
  • 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 4 fine chopped green chilli
  • 1 tablespoon fine chopped green coriander
  • salt as per taste
  • oil for deep fry

How to make Poha Cutlet

  1. wash and stain the poha
  2. soaked it for 2 minutes
  3. mix all the ingredients together(except oil)
  4. mash it and make a smooth dough
  5. divide the dough into small parts
  6. make cutlet ( any shape of your choice)
  7. heat oil in kadhai
  8. deep fry all the cutlet from both sides until it becomes brown
  9. serve with green chutney

My Tip:

sprinkle some chat masala on the cutlet
