A very easy and healthy recipe for teatime snacks,tiffin or breakfast

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 bowl poha( flatten rice)
  2. 4 boil and mashed potatoes
  3. 1 teaspoon jeera
  4. 1 teaspoon dry mango powder(amchur)
  5. 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
  6. 4 fine chopped green chilli
  7. 1 tablespoon fine chopped green coriander
  8. salt as per taste
  9. oil for deep fry

Instructions

  1. wash and stain the poha
  2. soaked it for 2 minutes
  3. mix all the ingredients together(except oil)
  4. mash it and make a smooth dough
  5. divide the dough into small parts
  6. make cutlet ( any shape of your choice)
  7. heat oil in kadhai
  8. deep fry all the cutlet from both sides until it becomes brown
  9. serve with green chutney
