Ingredients to make Aloo Gobhi

  • 1/2 cup broccoli florets
  • 3 potatoes chopped
  • Salt as per taste
  • oil as required
  • 1 green chilli minced
  • 1/2 tsp haldi
  • 2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp dhania powder
  • 1 tsp chat masala
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

How to make Aloo Gobhi

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add the green chillies and saute for a minute.
  3. Then add the potatoes and florets and cook till they become soft.
  4. Then add salt, haldi, garam masala, chat masala, red chilli powder and dhania powder.
  5. Mix well and serve hot.
