Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 egg
  2. 1/3 cup milk
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Pepper to taste
  5. 4 slices of bread
  6. 2 slices of cheese

Instructions

  1. WHISK AN EGG IN A BOWL.
  2. ADD 1/3 CUP OF MILK AND WHISK.
  3. ADD SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE.
  4. CUT THE SIDES OF BREADS.
  5. PUT A SLICE OF CHEESE AND COVER WITH OTHER BREAD.
  6. DIP THE SANDWICH IN BATTER AND SOAK FROM BOTH THE SIDES.
  7. PLACE ON HEATED GREASED PAN TO COOK.
  8. REMOVE WHEN BOTH SIDES ARE BROWN.
  9. SERVE
  10. WITH HOT KETCHUP.
