Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Prawns cleaned & cut into small pieces 15
  2. TO MARINATE PRAWNS
  3. chilli powder 1 tsp
  4. Salt
  5. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  6. Lemon juice and few frops
  7. Oil to deep fry.
  8. For the batter
  9. Basan 3/4 cup
  10. Rice flour 1/4 Cup
  11. Onion 1 . Finely chopped
  12. Green chillies 2 chopped
  13. coriander leaves chopped
  14. Curry leaves chopped
  15. Chilli powder 1/2 to 3/4 tsp
  16. Garam Masala 2 pinch. ( optional )
  17. Hing 2 pinch
  18. Salt

Instructions

  1. Marinate prawns with the given ingredients. Keep aside for an hour.
  2. Make a sticky dough with the given ingredients. Add prawns to it & mix well.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Pour 1 tbsp of hot oil over the dough& make it smooth.
  4. Drop small spoonfuls of batter to the hot oil. Cook both sides.
  5. Serve hot with chilli sauce or ketchup.
